A relationship is like a rose, How long it lasts, no one knows; Love can erase an awful past, Love can be yours, you'll see at last; To feel that love, it makes you sigh, To have it leave, you'd rather die; You hope you've found that special rose, 'Cause you love and care for the one you chose

An intimate relationship does not banish loneliness. Only when we are comfortable with who we are can we truly function independently in a healthy way, can we truly function within a realtionship. Two halves do not make a whole when it comes to a healthy relationship: it take two wholes.

Hi Richiel,
Yes, the essence of a relationship is like a rose and yes no one knows how long it will last. However, is most likely that that relation will last a long time if it is nurtured with love, honesty, faithfulness, kindness, loyalty, and trust.
I also agree with you that an intimate relationship erase the attributes of loneliness by itself. The elements of comfort as you have said does play a vital role in minimizing or all together eradicating loneliness within a relationship, when in-fact it exist
One a gain, a good read, and a good food-though in regards to relationships.

hiGMan..
Speaking of food the most important ingredient we put into any relationship is not what we say or what we do, but what we are. And if our words and our actions come from superficial human relations techniques (the Personality Ethic) rather than from our own inner core (the Character Ethic), others will sense that duplicity. We simply won't be able to create and sustain the foundation necessary for effective interdependence.
Gog Bless you always aand hope your happy w/ your llife now,,,

Yes my Love,
... to keep it real, keeps it honest and loving in a relationship. Love is bound by honor followed by respect, loyalty, commitment, and trust if it is truly going to survive the test of time..

Relatioships has its ups and downs espspecially romantic relationships.
All I can say is to not experience a good relationship is to miss out on life and what life is all about.

i think relationships are very healthy if all involved are very honest with the intention of the relationship.
if the honesty is there, then the rest of it is just a little bit easier.
